 Beijing Tsingyihua Intellectual Property LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Tsingyihua")  originated from the Tsinghua University Patent Office, which was established in 1984,  with a history spanning over 30 years. Tsingyihua was among China's first patent  agencies founded under the guidance of the China National Intellectual Property  Administration (CNIPA) by Tsinghua University. Its establishment predated the  implementation of China's Patent Law on April 1, 1985, by one year, making it one  of the earliest patent agencies in China.Over three decades of steady development,  Tsingyihua has grown into one of China's largest and most reputable intellectual property agencies. To date, Tsingyihua has handled over 100,000 patent cases,  including more than 80,000 invention patent applications. It leads the industry in  grant rates, grant speed, and patent quality.
