 Beijing Starway Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in  Fengtai District, Beijing in April 2022. It is an innovative technology company mainly  engaged in the research and development, manufacturing of civilian large-scale  satellite communication terminal equipment and the provision of civilian satellite  traffic services. Its wholly independently developed Wangling brand satellite internet  access device was launched in June 2024.
