首都科技发展战略研究院（Capital Institute of Science and Technology Development Strategy,  CISTDS）成立于2011年8月，由科学技术部、中国科学院、中国工程院和 北京市人民政府发起，北京市科学技术委员会、北京师范大学和北京市科学技术研 究院共同承建，是立足首都、服务全国的新型智库。

Capital Institute of Science and Technology Development Strategy(CISTDS) serves as an innovative think tank based in the capital and dedicated to national service. CISTDS was established in August 2011, initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, with the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission serving as the secretariat. CISTDS was co-founded  by the  Beijing  Municipal  Science and Technology Commission, Beijing Normal University, and the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology.
