中国医学科学院成立于1956年，是我国最高医学研究机构和领衔医学教育机 构。院校始终牢记初心使命，以引领我国医学科技教育发展和维护人民健康为己 任，教育人才辈出，科研硕果累累，医疗领衔行业，为我国现代科学医学体系的 建立和发展做出了重要贡献。目前，院校已发展成为拥有21个研究所、 6家附属医 院、10个学院、 105个院外研发机构，集医教研产为一体的国家级综合性医学科学研 究机构。

Founded in 1956, It isthe highest medical research institution and leading medical education institution in China. The institute and college always bear in mind their original aspiration and mission, take it as their duty to lead the development of medical science and technology education in China and safeguard people's health, educating generations of talents, achieving fruitful  results  in  scientific  research,  leading  the industry in medical services, and making significant contributions to the establishment and development of the modern scientific medical system in China.At present, the institution has developed into a national comprehensive medical scientific research institution with 21 research institutes, 6 affiliated hospitals, 10 colleges, and 105 off- campus R&D institutions, integrating medical, teaching, research, and production.
