北京市工业技师学院建于1974年，隶属于北京化工集团，是财政全额拨款的事 业单位，是经北京市政府批准设立的首批技师学院，现有在校生3800余人，是国家中职示范校，是国家技能人才培育突出贡献单位，获黄炎培优秀学校奖，是北京市 特色高水平职业院校。位于北京市朝阳区化工路51号。 主要业务包括学制教育、职后培训、职业技能培训认定、职业需求预测、就业 服务等。学院服务首都“四个中心”建设，形成与首都产业发展高度契合的服务智 能制造、汽车服务、环保检测、文化创意产业四大专业群。以贯通“3+2”高级工 和“3+3”技师（预备技师）培养为主体。学院坚持“研究先行、创新驱动、提质培 优”的发展理念，秉承“企业的需要就是学院办学目标”的办学理念，与企业开展 深度合作，创新形成“定制化岗位技能提升”“技能竞赛引领”等培训模式。近几 年，年社会培训1万余人，高技能人才培训4500人左右。学院作为4个世赛项目的国 家集训基地，2024年第47届世赛上再获3金1银。在过去的六届世赛16个项目次比赛 共获得10金、3银、1铜和1个优胜奖，夺金率62.5%、夺牌率87.5%。 Founded in 1974 and affiliated with Beijing Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd,  Beijing Industrial Technician College is a fully government-funded public institution.  Approved as one of Beijing's first technician colleges by the municipal government,  it currently has over 3,800 enrolled students. The college holds multiple national  honors, including being a National Model Vocational School , a National Outstanding  Contribution Institution for Skilled Talent Cultivation and Huang Yanpei Excellent  School Award . It is also recognized as a Beijing Distinctive High-Level Vocational  College. The College is located at No.51 Huagong Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing.  Its core operations encompass academic programs, post-employment training,  vocational skill certification, labor market forecasting, and employment services.
