Beijing Yanhuang Guoxin Technology Co., Ltd. originated from Peking University  in October 2016, is a Chinese IC unicorn/national specialization, specialization, and  new "small giant" enterprise focusing on high-reliability, high-performance, and  independently controllable power management chips, with Beijing as the center and  three centers set up in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and ChengduChongqing areas.The core team consists of national (973) chief scientists, Ministry  of Education's first prize for scientific and technological progress, the State Council's  special experts, Peking University, Tsinghua University, the Chinese Academy of  Sciences, the University of Electronic Science and Technology and other outstanding  alumni, as well as TI, ADI and other international senior engineers, and has a  semiconductor industry chain of the whole process of nearly 20 years of experience  in the industrialization of the field.
