灵心慧智成立于2023年8月，公司位于北京，是由首都汇智医疗科技成果转化 研究院旗下的全资子公司北京安医汇云医学科技有限公司和灵犀云医学科技（北 京）有限公司共同成立。公司拥有100万例EEG数据的全球最大的脑功能数据库和基 于超大规模数据训练的计算神经模型，且由清华大学医学院洪波教授和清华大学药 学院鲁白教授担任首席科学家和董事。技术和团队来源于清华大学医学院神经工程 实验室，在数字大脑建模和脑科学大模型领域处在国际领先水平。公司建立了超过 100万例数据的全球最大的脑功能数据库，通过训练超大规模数字人脑模型，实现癫 痫、抑郁、AD等常见脑疾病的精准评估，致力于构建脑机接口统一操作系统平台， 最终实现人类的数字大脑。公司拥有知识产权45件，其中发明专利25个，已经获批3 个二类医疗器械注册证，是国家高新技术企业。

Lingxin Huizhi was established in August 2023 and is located in Beijing. It was jointly established by Beijing Anyihuiyun Medical Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the  Capital  Huizhi  Medical  Technology Achievement Transformation Research  Institute,  and  Lingxi  Yun   Medical  Technology   (Beijing)   Co.,  Ltd.The company owns the world's largest brain function database with 1 million EEG data cases and a computational neural model trained based on extremely large-scale data. Professor Hong Bo from the School of Medicine of Tsinghua University and Professor Lu Bai from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Tsinghua University serve as the chief scientists and directors. The technology and team originate from the Neural Engineering Laboratory of the School of Medicine of Tsinghua University, and are at the international leading level in the fields of digital brain modeling and large-scale brain science models.
