岭南师范学院是具有百年师范教育历史的广东省属公办高校，坐落在中国大陆 最南端的美丽港城湛江，2024年获得硕士学位授予权。 现有教职工2300余人，其中博士教师600多名、高级职称教师580多名，获教育 部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、国务院政府特殊津贴等教师313人；设有32个二级 学院，全日制在校生3万余人。建有广东省特殊儿童发展与教育重点实验室、广东省 粤西蓝碳资源保护与利用工程技术研究中心等省级科研平台39个以及湛江市科研平 台12个。 

Lingnan Normal University (LNU), a public university of Guangdong, boasts a  century’s history of teacher education. It is located in Zhanjiang, a beautiful coastal  city in the southernmost part of mainland China. It obtained the authority to confer  master's degrees in 2024. Among its 2,300 faculty and staff members, more than  580 have senior professional titles, over 600 hold doctoral degrees. 313 teachers  have received support from the Ministry of Education's "New Century Excellent  Talents" Program and Special Government Allowances of the State Council,  etc. There are 32 schools with over 30000 full-time students. It has 39 provincial  scientific research platforms, including the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of  Development and Education for Special Needs Children and West Guangdong Blue  Carbon Resource Protection and Utilization of Guangdong Provincial Engineering  Technology Research Center, and 12 Zhanjiang municipal ones.
