北京理工华创电动车技术有限公司成立于2010年8月17 日，是广东华锋新能源 科技股份有限公司（股票代码：002806）全资子公司，是国家及中关村高新技术企 业，工信部授予的第二批国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业，是北京理工大学电动汽 车技术产业化运营的依托单位，形成了以智能整车控制器、电驱动与传动系统、高 压集成控制器为代表的新能源汽车电控及驱动系统核心产品体系。

Founded on  17 August 2010, Beijing Technology Huachang Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangdong Huafeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002806) , it is the second batch of state- level specialized new "Small giant" enterprises awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is the Beijing Institute of Technology Unit for the industrial operation of electric vehicle technology, the core product system of electric  control and drive system of new energy vehicle  is formed, which  is represented by intelligent vehicle controller, electric drive and drive system and high voltage integrated controller.
