中关村（京西）人工智能科技园是门头沟区人民政府和中关村发展集团联合打 造的“两区”重点项目，总建筑80万平米， 一期31万平米，将于2025年下半年正 式开园。园区以构建人工智能企业全维生态为特色，以“1+3+7+N”产业体系为主 导，聚焦人工智能产业领域，不断拓展AI+的应用场景，着力打造“算力+数据+大 模型”的产业生态，重点发展智能制造、智能医疗、智能视听、智能教育、智能文 旅、智能机器人和智能交通七大细分产业，招引行业领军企业，推动AI技术赋能千 行百业。

The Zhongguancun (West Beijing) Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Park, a key project under Beijing's "Two Zones" initiative, is jointly developed by the People's Government of Mentougou District and Zhongguancun Development Group. With a total construction area of 800,000 square meters, the first phase spans 310,000 square meters and is scheduled to officially open in the second half of 2025.
