医学实验中心成立于2006年3月，是中国中医科学院科技体制改革调整过程 中，由科技部、财政部、中编办和国家中医药管理局批准成立的公益性中医药科研 机构。

The Medical Research Center was established in March 2006. It is a public welfare institution for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research, approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Central Organization Department, and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, during the process of scientific and technological system reform and adjustment of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.
