首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院始建于1886年，是一所以眼科学、耳鼻咽喉科 学为国家重点学科的大型综合三甲医院。医院分为崇文门院区和亦庄院区，现有职 工3900余人。

我院以医院综合医疗为主体，北京市眼科研究所、北京市耳鼻咽喉科研究所、 北京市糖尿病研究所为附属科研机构，形成  “一院三所”发展格局，成为集医疗、 教学、科研、预防、国际交流五位一体的医疗科研联合体。眼科、耳鼻咽喉科为国 家临床重点学科，变态反应（鼻过敏）科为国家临床重点专科，中医眼科学为国家 级中医重点学科。

Beijing Tongren Hospital, affiliated with Capital Medical University, was founded in 1886 and is a large-scale comprehensive Class-A, Grade-III hospital with national key disciplines in ophthalmology and otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat medicine). The hospital has two campuses, namely the Chongwenmen Campus and  the  Yizhuang  Campus,  and  currently  employs  over  3,900  staff  members. Centered  on  comprehensive  medical  services,  the  hospital,  together  with  the Beijing Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences Research Institute, the Beijing Institute of Otolaryngology, and the Beijing Diabetes Research Institute (all affiliated research institutions), has formed a development pattern of "one hospital and three institutes," becoming a medical and scientific research consortium integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, disease prevention, and international exchanges.
