中新国际联合研究院（以下简称“研究院”）是由中国国家主席习近平和新加 坡总理李显龙见证签署的两国间的重大科技合作项目。研究院是由中新广州知识城 管理委员会、华南理工大学、新加坡南洋理工大学、中新广州知识城投资开发有限 公司共同建设，依托中新广州知识城，是汇聚世界一流研发资源的重大国际科技合 作平台。 

Witnessed by the Chinese President Xi Jinping and Singaporean Prime Minister  Lee Hsien Loong, China-Singapore International Joint Research Institute (CSIJRI) is  an important technology collaboration platform jointly set up by the China-Singapore  Guangzhou Knowledge City Administrative Committee (CSGKC Administrative  Committee), South China University of Technology (SCUT), Nanyang Technological  University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) and CSGKC Investment and Development  Co., Ltd. (GKC JV Co.).
