山西海通实业有限公司成立于1992年，现有员工150余人，位于山西省长治市 襄垣县侯堡镇，是一家以矿用机电设备研制、生产、销售、修理和国际国内贸易、 安防监控、印刷为主，集餐饮、宾馆服务等于一体的综合性企业。

海通公司主要从事煤矿机电控制设备的研发、生产、销售和售后服务，部分机 电产品或项目的技术支持和改造，皮带机托辊生产，各种型号减速机和刮板机、转 载机修理。自主研发生产的各种型号重载液压切链器、锚杆切断器、煤矿用乳化液 葫芦等，广泛用于煤矿生产。在推进技术转化与创新的过程中，海通公司共取得20 余项专利成果。2005年，海通公司自主研发的HT6L1-400Z/1140型六组合开关获得 了“山西省科技进步一等奖”2014年, 自主研发的“3.3KV高压防爆组合开关”通过 山西省科技厅组织的专家评审，鉴定意见为“该项成果在同类技术中达到国内领先 水平”。
