晶格领域于2020年6月成立，是国内首家以液相法为核心技术生长SiC单晶，集 研发、生产及销售于一体的创新型高新技术企业。晶格领域掌握液相法技术的完全 自主知识产权，能够制备出高质量、低成本的SiC衬底，对推动半导体产业发展具有 重要意义。公司目前已具备年产5000片SiC衬底的制备能力，同时中试线也在建设过 程中，将于2025年初建成并具备年产2.5万片的生产能力。晶格领域是中关村高新技 术企业和北京市创新型中小企业，承担了多项北京市科技计划项目。

Beijing Lattice Semiconductor was established in June 2020, is the first domestic LPE (Liquid Phase Epitaxy)method as the core technology to grow SiC single crystal,research and development, production and sales in one of the innovative high-tech enterprises. Our company has the complete independent intellectual property rights of liquid phase method technology, and can prepare high-quality and low-cost SiC substrate, which is of great significanceto promote the development of semiconductor industry.At present, our company has an annual production capacity of 5,000 pieces of SiC substrate, while the pilot line is also in the process of construction, will be completed in early 2025 and have an annual production capacity of 25,000 pieces. Beijing lattice semiconductor is a high-tech enterprise in Zhongguancun and an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in  Beijing, and  has undertaken a number of Beijing science and technology plan projects.
