2018年，长治市委将第三代半导体紫外LED产业确立为突破口，与中科院半导 体所合作引进国家科技进步一等奖获得者李晋闽领衔的顶尖团队，建设深紫外LED 芯片项目，致力于将长治打造为全球紫外LED产业集聚区，完成了研发成果产业 化，自主研制的专用设备在国际上产能效率最高，打破了我国半导体光电子领域长 期以来依赖国外的被动局面，是国际上仅有的集核心装备、核心材料、芯片制造、 封装应用于一体的垂直整合型深紫外LED企业。产品应用于海尔、小米、创维等企 业，以新一代公共消杀技术应用为代表的半导体深紫外LED产业将步入高速发展的 阶段，带动相关产业发展，实现技术成果的充分转化与应用。

Shanxi  Zhongke  Lu'an  Ultraviolet  Optoelectronics  Technology  Co.,  Ltd.  was established in 2018. It is a high-tech enterprise jointly built by the Changzhi Municipal People's Government, Lu'an Chemical  Industry Group, and the technical team of the  Institute  of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The company  is dedicated to the research and development, production, and sales of core equipment, epitaxial materials, chip manufacturing, packaging modules, and application products for ultraviolet LEDs. Its products cover public health and safety scenarios such as environmental disinfection, health care, campus light environment and air environment improvement, and industrial and domestic water treatment, and are widely used in industrial curing, white goods, mother and baby care, business travel, home furnishing, and many other fields.
