邢炜女士，现任中国普天信息产业集团有限公司董事长、党委书记、总经理，兼中国国际商会副会长、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会国际贸易仲裁员，享有国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴。

  邢炜曾先后在国家进出口管理委员会进出口局、外经贸部技术进出口局、外经贸部科技发展和技术进出口司工作。

Ms. Xing Wei is Chairman, Secretary of Party Committee and President of China Potevio Corporation. She is also Vice-Chairman of China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) and International Trade Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). Ms.Xing enjoys special government allowance of the State Council.

Xing Wei once worked successively in Import and Export Bureau of State Commission for the control of Import and Export Affairs, Technology Import and Export Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic cooperation, Division of Science and Technology Development and Technology Import and Export in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic cooperation.
