包凯是安永会计师事务所中国和香港区的全球金融服务主管,也是远东区金融服务主管。他负责提供审计、尽职调查和财务交易相关的咨询等多种服务,包括证券化、营运、信贷风险管理、金融工具和投资结构安排,以及其他金融服务相关的业务。

他有20年的丰富商业和投资银行和金融服务工作经验,一直担任中国人民银行和中国证券监督管理委员会的顾问,也一直协助制订监管和资本的框架。

Keith Pogson Leads our Financial Service Practice in Asia Pacific, a multi-disciplinary practice of approximately 2,500 professional staff specifically serving the Financial Services Industry. Keith has been in the region for 15 years and has a deep knowledge of the issues faced both by companies entering the region and those from the region looking to expand.

Keith has more than 20 years of extensive investment and commercial banking and financial services experience.  He has worked with many regulators and governments in the region on regulatory and market reform initiatives.

Keith has significant experience with financial institutions in Hong Kong, China, Korea, Macau, Thailand, Philippines, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam and elsewhere.  Keith has particular expertise in assisting companies make acquisitions and or entry strategies in Asian markets.  Keith has led substantial numbers of due diligences in the financial sector, particularly in the banking, asset management and securities, in the PRC.

Keith is a member of the Associate Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Keith is Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute Certified Public Accountant and committee member for a number of the standard setting committees in Hong Kong as well as Chairman of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Institute.
