意大利中小企业联合会成立于1946年。目前，该组织下的会员企业已超过6万家。该组织一方面与政府等国家制度层面保持着紧密的联系，积极地与其他的雇主协会、贸易联合会在新的工业联系体系中共同工作；另一方面，在筹措资金、职业培训、财务管理、工会组织、法律、环保、产品出口、外事接待等各个领域为会员企业提供服务。该组织重要的职责工作之一，是帮助会员企业申请银行贷款和财政拨款。去年，该组织成功地帮助企业贷款4000万欧元。

Italian Confederation of Small and Medium Private Industry was established in 1946. Up to now, it has over 60,000 enterprise-members. Not only does the confederation maintain a close relationship with the Government, but also serves its members in various fields, such as providing vocational training, financial management, etc. One of the main duties of the confederation is to help its members to apply for bank loans and to get them financed. Last year, Italian Confederation of Small and Medium Private Industry helped its members to apply for loans for about 40 millions Euro.
